1. Special events and concerts.

The music consultant, in collaboration with the church leaders, aids in the foundation of service. Understanding the expectations of all involved, The Musical Consultant will develop the repertoire that coincides with the vision and facilitate rehearsals.  Also, assist in all aspects of which services are obligatory to ensure proper execution.         

 2. Voice Masterclass: Vocal Health and Development for the Growing Psalmist

 Psalmists will enter an environment that fosters creative expression (vocally), allowing them to unleash their God-given talent. Individuals will gain knowledge of the vocal cords as a muscle and the proper maintenance required to continue form and stability.  The psalmist will be given a tutorial on song theory and conveying the emotional message.

DaNell Daymon Biography

DaNell Daymon is a native of Rochester, New York, who established his brand in the music industry while residing in Seattle, Washington. His passion for bringing out the "brilliance" in the people of God awarded him the opportunity to direct various choirs and ensembles throughout the world. DaNell often quotes, "My ability to hear into the future enhances trust in my singers."

              While in Seattle, Mr. Daymon gained employment within their educational department, working with high school-aged adolescents on various subjects. For seven years, DaNell molded the minds of America’s future leaders by providing oversight, guidance, and coaching through educational and personal achievements. It was the time spent teaching these Life Skills, guiding these fragile youths from preteen to maturity, which incubated his ability to foresee raw talent within all.

 DaNell founded the Greater Works Choir ministry in 2010. Under his leadership, DaNell Daymon & Greater Works has garnered recognition as Regional Winners and Finalists in the national choir competition "How Sweet the Sound" in 2013. Additionally, DaNell Daymon & Greater Works were finalists on Season 12 of the internationally renowned America's Got Talent television competition. DaNell's talents are many, and he specializes in musically rearranging songs in various genres with a present-day twist. After hearing DaNell's refreshing rendition of the Motown classic "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," Simon Cowell called him a "musical genius."

After 17 years of residing in Seattle, DaNell followed God's call to expand his vision and cultivated a Greater Works Chapter in the Washington, DC, area. In March 2019, both chapters united in a live recording, which led to the release of the anticipated project "DaNell Daymon & Greater Works Live in Vegas.” This project charted #19 on Billboards, with the critically acclaimed single "Worship & Praise" charting #16.

              In addition to the community choir, he was named Choir Ambassador on the Music Staff at Mt. Ennon Baptist Church in Clinton, Maryland, where the Senior Pastor is Dr. Delman Coates. Once cited by Outreach Magazine as "One of the 100 Fastest Growing Congregations in the United States", Mt Ennon has been the place of worship for over 8,000 parishioners, which DaNell is the facilitator for seven of the choirs since July of 2016. As of today, DaNell has been at the forefront of Sunday morning worship services, holiday celebration programs, and other worship and arts-related events. Outside of worship services and choirs, he supervised a team of diverse professionals as a Lead Administrator. In this position, I was endowed with the responsibility of a critical analyst of daily operations and coordination of all aspects of staffing.  His endless work ethic to birth "brilliance" was again proven in 2019; under DaNell's direction, Mt. Ennon’s Young Adult Choir triumphed as the winner of the 1 Voice Regional Gospel Showcase.

DaNell continues to use his talents to empower and inspire musicians worldwide. He traveled to Brazil in the spring of 2017 to facilitate an American Gospel Music Master Class. Due to its success, there is now a newly created "DaNell Daymon and the Brazilian Mass Choir," which holds an annual concert. Lastly, during the Christmas season of 2019, DaNell Daymon & Greater Works headlined a European tour. For three weeks, DaNell Daymon & Greater Works intertwined cultures by delivering soulful melodies of joy throughout every performance.  Receiving standing ovations at every stop, DaNell Daymon & Greater Works has been solidified as an international luminary.

For over a decade, DaNell has continuously foraged his path to success. His skills have encouraged brilliance, and his brilliance has pushed his choirs beyond compare. He has created a signature that leaves an ever-lasting mark on everyone he encounters. From the office to the stage, DaNell Daymon has exemplified the essence of being a trailblazer.
